Members/Non-Members may rent all or part of our facility for parties, weddings, meetings etc. Non-members will pay a higher fee for the hall rental.
1. The period of rental shall be from 8 PM to 1 AM. Access to the facilities to decorate is available at 6 PM. Those decorating, however, must work around Members present at the time. Only masking tape may be used to affix decorations.
2. Members will be charged a Rental Fee of $210+ H.S.T. @13%=$27.30 Total Rental Cost $237.30+$200 Damage Deposit.
3. Non-Members will be charged a Rental Fee of $250+H.S.T @13%=$32.50 Total Rental Cost $282.50+$200 Damage Deposit.
4. The Rental Cheque will be cashed immediately. An additional Cheque for $200.00 as a Damage Deposit will be submitted not later than 30 days before the event. This amount to be refunded once it has been established that no damage has occurred to the facility caused by party guests.
