2017 Remembrance Day Ceremonies
2017 POPPY CAMPAIGN
OFFICIAL OPENING
Friday, October 27, 2017
The presentation of the first Poppies to Dignitaries, will commence at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, October 27, 2017
in front of the K-W Poppy Fund Office, 316 Marsland Drive in Waterloo
We are planning a short ceremony of the Canadian Flag being lowered and the Poppy Flag being raised.
After the Official Opening, several people on motorcycles and cars will depart and visit some of the
Nursing Homes in Waterloo to present poppies to our Veteran’s & Senior’s.
