We see the names of those who fell... Those who paid the ultimate price. BUT REMEMBER THIS For each face you see, each name you read... There are many many more.. Young men and woman who stood beside them... when they died ! They held them close... Tried to keep their insides... inside... Had their blood... or worse... on their hands and faces. Add to that those who suffered terrible injuries beside those who fell... These are a silent, unknown, Legion. They are too often the forgotten. Each one of these you will never hear of. Unless... perhaps... in a moment of depression... they resort to some violent act in civilian life. Theirs is a destiny of nightmares. A sentence of forever feeling out of place at home and with their loved ones. They are changed forever... The men and women they once were... ARE NO MORE ! These are the Forgotten Legion of Afghanistan. Nameless faces we do not know... FACES WE MUST REMEMBER MOST OF ALL.	ARE YOU ONE OF THEM ? Are you a loved one, or a friend of one of them or of the fallen ? DO YOU FEEL A COMPELLING NEED FOR A PLACE TO GO ? PLEASE Visit your Local Legion Hall. IT IS YOUR LEGION Started by young men and women such as yourself. A place for those.. haunted by the ghosts of war... to go and safely sit... with others... who... understand ... in silence !
